All medical evidence demonstrates that Kennedy was shot from behind twice. First in the upper right back/shoulder, and once in the back of the head. First, the X-Rays:
Notice above how Kennedy's left cerebral hemisphere is completely intact, and that there is only damage to the right hemisphere, as well as only one entrance hole, easily visible on the anterior-posterior X-Ray on the left. Now, I must begin a discussion of the concept of beveling that allows forensic pathologists to pinpoint which holes are entrance and exit holes. Beveling occurs when a bullet passes through a skull, with the entrance side of the bone barrier will be roughly the diameter of the bullet, while the exit side of the bone barrier will be greater than the diameter, sometimes three times as large! See the diagram below, created for the House Select Committee on Assassinations:
Now, below is the exit of the bullet right above Kennedy's right orbital (i.e. frontal bone):
And the outward beveling as observed below:
Now the 10 centimeter skull fragment that was recovered by the Secret Service, which shows signs of outward beveling as well:
It is quite apparent that after entering Kennedy's head from behind on the lambdoid suture, the 6.5-millimeter bullet fragmented and exited in two places, the right partial region near the cranial suture and above the right orbital in his frontal skull bone, as I have illustrated below:
And, for those who are curious, here is a link to the Internet Archives collection of JFK's autopsy photographs (and no, they are not faked, comparison odontology, stereoscopic viewing, and physical anthropology all demonstrate that they are real as the House Select Committee on Assassinations have verified and as I have shown in my book): JFK Autopsy Photos (HD) (full set) : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive
Now on to the first bullet that struck Kennedy, the so-called "magic bullet". As one can see, the trajectory of the bullet is downward, not upward as claimed by individuals such as Dr. Cyril H. Wecht:
After the bullet exited Kennedy, it began tumbling and so made a vertical slit in Kennedy's shirt with outward protruding fibers:
The medical evidence conclusively demonstrates beyond all doubt that Kennedy was shot twice, both times from behind.
