The most famous film in history is the one Abraham Zapruder serendipitously took while on a pergola in Dealey Plaza. Below are frames from the film demonstrating not only the single-bullet theory (i.e. the "magic bullet theory", that Commission Exhibit 399, a bullet found on Connally's stretcher at Parkland Memorial Hospital by Darrell Thomlinson, struck both Kennedy and Connally) but as well as the forward, then backwards, movement of Kennedy's head after the fatal headshot. Below are frames 223 and 224 (courtesy of Vincent Van for compiling these), notice Connally's suit lapel flip forward and his face cringe (which occurs, mind you, in 1/18th of a second!).

And below, frames 225 and 226, demonstrating their near-instantaneous reactions to the bullet:

It is empirically evident that they are reacting to a bullet entering and exiting Kennedy and then striking Connally, who is right in front of him (but slightly to the left because of the position of the jump seat). Below is the headshot. Note that this is quite bloody considering that it is a full-metal-jacket bullet entering, fragmenting, and exiting a human head:

And, as Pat Speer has shown in a modified comparison of the Zapruder frames, Kennedy's head not only moves forward upon the initial headshot but downwards! This is indicative of a shot that not only comes from behind but above:

Who do we know was not only behind Kennedy but also above? Perhaps a certain "Lee Harvey Oswald", no? Below is a video (courtesy of JFK Assassination Truth YouTube channel), demonstrating the very obvious forward movement of blood spatter and Kennedy's backward reaction to that directional expulsion of Kinetic Energy (following Newton's Third Law of Motion):

Below is the Zapruder film at normal speed (18.3 frames per second), courtesy of the Windvale YouTube channel:

Finally, when did the first shot go off? Well, as the reaction by Connally indicates, likely around Zapruder frame 160:
